ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a terrific opportunity to learn all aspects of food preparation on the job, while being paid to study part time (one day per week) to earn your nationally recognised Certificate III qualification from TAFE NSW.

The position with Cooee Lodge will eventually develop into a supervisory role, responsible for the smooth running of kitchen operations and support of catering team members, as well as responding to feedback from residents and quality improvements.

The successful applicant will be supported by management and there will be 3 months of intensive one-on-one training by qualified experienced chefs, and ongoing regular visits for support and mentoring.
